Choose this 200mm wheel for general transport and hand-truck duty where you need a large rubber wheel that rolls over rough ground and absorbs shock, at a working-budget price rather than a premium tread.
The wheel is solid rubber on a pressed steel centre: the rubber cushions the load over yard concrete, gravel-dusted floors, and dock lips, and the large diameter rolls over obstacles a small wheel stops against. The pressed steel centre keeps the cost down while carrying everyday transport loads. It is the practical large wheel for carts and hand trucks that work outside the clean shop.
