About This Caster - LI-POHI 100G
Choose this 100mm Blickle LI swivel caster when a cart runs through heat that would melt a standard polyurethane, nylon, or rubber wheel.
The wheel is a Blickle TempLine Performance thermoplastic, a highly heat-resistant compound rated to handle up to 482°F, which makes it a fit for drying ovens, baking and heat-treatment lines, and other hot processes. It rolls on a plain bore bushing rather than a sealed ball bearing, because a plain bushing has no packed grease to break down at high temperatures. The grey wheel is easier on floors than a bare metal wheel and rolls more easily and quietly than cast iron, while staying lighter. It swivels with no lock, mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate at a 102 millimetre height, and holds from -13 to 482°F.
