About This Caster - LER-PATH 160KA
Bolt this 160mm polyurethane swivel to a heavier cart that clears obstacles and rolls quietly on a floor-friendly tread.
The wheel has a grey thermoplastic polyurethane tread on a nylon centre, a tough, abrasion-resistant compound that rolls with low resistance, runs quieter than bare nylon, and is kinder to the floor. At 160mm the large diameter rolls over thresholds and debris that stop a smaller wheel, which suits a heavier transport cart. It steers on a ball bearing in a pressed-steel LER head with a synthetic thread guard, mounts through a single 88mm bolt hole at a 195mm mount height, and runs from -4 to 158°F.
