Rebuild the load rollers on a standard hand pallet truck with this 80mm roller, the 40mm single-width that drops straight into the common fork pocket without the spacers a wide roller needs.
It keeps the 80mm rolling diameter for smooth entry over board edges while the 40mm width matches the factory pocket, so it is the direct-replacement size for most warehouse trucks. The tread is Blickle Extrathane polyurethane on a steel centre; the bond is what holds the tread together through the drop-and-roll cycle that splits a cheaper roller at the edge.

- General pallet handling on sealed and dock floors, multi-shift
- Fleet truck roller refresh where the pockets are standard width
