About This Roller - HTH 75x75/20-75K
Use this 75mm load roller to rebuild the fork rollers on a hand pallet truck that drops onto the wheel hundreds of times a shift, the cycle that splits and chunks a cheap tread until the truck rolls rough and drags.
The tread is Blickle Extrathane polyurethane at 92 Shore A chemically bonded to a steel wheel centre. That bond is what resists tear initiation at the edge where the roller takes the entry impact every time the forks lower into a pallet, and the steel centre carries the point load without the hub flex that cracks a plastic core. The 75mm width spreads that load across the board rather than cutting into it.

- Hand pallet truck fork-entry rollers, repeated drop-and-roll, warehouse concrete
- Powered pallet truck load wheels, multi-shift pick routes, sealed floor
- Pallet-handling rigs on mixed dock and warehouse surfaces
Skip Extrathane here if the truck works a hot line over 158°F; polyurethane softens at sustained heat, so a Blickle TempLine thermoplastic roller is the heat-side answer.
