Fit this 75mm load roller to a pallet truck built around the lower 75mm wheel, the trucks whose forks have to enter a shallower board and sit closer to the floor than an 80mm roller allows.
The 75mm diameter keeps the lowered fork entry while the 40mm width matches the standard pocket, so it is the right size where an 80mm roller would lift the forks too high to slide under a low pallet. The tread is Blickle Extrathane polyurethane on a steel centre, sized for the same repeated entry impact every pallet truck roller takes, with the bonded tread that resists the edge tearing that ends a budget roller.
Ideal applications
- Low-profile pallet trucks built around the 75mm wheel, warehouse concrete
- Trucks entering shallow or damaged board pallets, low fork height
- Mixed fleet refresh where some trucks spec the smaller roller, multi-shift
Skip the 75mm if your truck was built for an 80mm wheel; matching the original diameter keeps the fork-entry height correct, so use the HTH 80x40 roller on those trucks.
