About This Caster - HRLHD-SPO 75K
Choose this 75mm Blickle HRLHD leveling caster when a machine needs to roll into position, then sit locked and level once it is placed.
A leveling caster combines a wheel with an integrated leveling foot. You roll the equipment where you want it, then turn the mechanism to lower a fixed pad that lifts the wheel off the floor, which locks the machine in place and levels it on its feet. The same mechanism acts as a truck lock, holding the machine still without a separate brake. The wheel is hard white Nylon 6, which rolls with low resistance for easy repositioning and is non-marking, while the leveling foot does the holding once it is down. The bracket is a strong HRLHD-series pressed-steel fork and top plate, zinc-plated and blue-passivated to a chromium-6-free finish. It mounts on a top plate at a 120 millimetre height and holds from -4 to 176°F.
