About This Wheel - GSPO 152/35K
Fit this wide 150mm cast nylon wheel where a very heavy load needs to spread across an 80mm tread on a thick axle.
The wheel is high-quality cast nylon at hardness 80 Shore D, a dense reaction-cast material with a very high load capacity. Its 80mm tread is far wider than the standard 150mm wheel, which spreads heavy weight over much more contact area so it sits steadier and does not concentrate load on a narrow strip. It seats on a thick 35mm axle to match. As a hard wheel it offers no cushioning, runs louder than rubber, and suits smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It runs on a ball bearing and holds from -4 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- Wide 150mm cast-nylon wheel with an 80mm tread
- 80mm hard tread on a 35mm axle spreading heavy load
- Wide high-capacity nylon wheel on smooth concrete
For more diameter on the same 35mm axle, the 200mm version clears bigger joints.
Pairs with: a matching heavy-duty swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 35mm axle bore.
