Choose this 75mm Blickle FSTH guide roller when a guide takes heavy, repeated contact and the tread has to resist wearing down over time.
A guide roller mounts on a central bore and spins to steer or cushion a load along a rail or edge. At 75mm with a wide 25mm face, it presents a large, durable contact band built for the kind of constant bumping that wears thinner rollers out. The tread is Blickle Extrathane polyurethane over a steel centre, chosen here for its high abrasion resistance so the contact surface holds up under sustained guiding duty. The light brown polyurethane is non-marking and protects finished surfaces, and it turns on a ball bearing. It holds from -4 to 158°F.
