About This Wheel - DSPKGSPO 50K
Choose this 50mm Blickle DSPKGSPO double-flanged cast nylon wheel when a compact rail-guided mechanism runs on small angle-iron track and needs to stay quiet and rust-free.
The wheel is high-quality compressed cast nylon with twin flanges that straddle the rail and a V-shaped tread that seats on the corner of angular steel track. At 50mm it is the compact size in the nylon track range, suited to sliding gates, small transfer mechanisms, and guided assemblies where a larger or heavier steel wheel is not needed. Nylon keeps it quiet, light, and corrosion-free while delivering very low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance, and it turns on a ball bearing. The natural beige color keeps it non-marking, and it holds from -4 to 176°F, suiting ambient rather than hot rail systems.
