About This Wheel - DSPKGSPO 101K
Choose this 100mm Blickle DSPKGSPO double-flanged cast nylon wheel when a rail-guided load needs to run on angle-iron track quietly and without rust.
The wheel is high-quality compressed cast nylon with twin flanges that straddle the rail and a V-shaped tread that seats on the corner of angular steel track, so it stays captured and tracks straight. Nylon runs quieter and lighter than a steel track wheel, never rusts, and is gentler on the rail itself, while still giving very low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance. At 100mm with a 40mm tread it carries steadily on the line, turns on a ball bearing, and its natural beige color keeps it non-marking. It holds from -4 to 176°F, which is lower than a steel wheel, so it suits ambient rail systems rather than hot ones.
