About This Caster - BKPA-TPA 80KF
Choose this 80mm Blickle BKPA rigid caster when a light-duty cart needs to roll quietly and leave finished floors unmarked.
The wheel pairs a grey thermoplastic rubber tread over a polypropylene centre, a soft combination that runs quietly, cushions light loads, and is non-marking on clean floors. A synthetic thread guard shields the bearing from carpet fibre, hair, and string that would otherwise wind around the axle, which makes it a sensible pick for offices, healthcare floors, and other carpeted or fibre-prone spaces. The soft tread suits light loads and moderate temperatures rather than heavy or hot work. The bracket is a Blickle BKPA-series pressed-steel fork, zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, and the wheel runs on a ball bearing for easy starting. The fixed fork tracks straight on a 90 by 66 millimetre top plate at a 111 millimetre mount height, and it holds from -4 to 140°F.
