About This Wheel - ALTH 200/20K-AS-CO
Specify this 200mm wheel for an ESD AGV or steered transport cart on a 20mm axle that has to turn easily and stay static-safe.
This one combines two features: the AS grade keeps the Extrathane tread conductive so a rolling static charge drains to a grounded floor, and the crowned tread is rounded rather than flat, giving a smaller contact patch that lowers steering and rolling resistance and helps the wheel center itself, which matters on a frequently-steered cart or an automated vehicle. The die-cast aluminium centre carries the high load at low weight, and the Extrathane at 92 Shore A seats on a 20mm ball-bearing axle. The grey tread holds from -4 to 158°F.

- 200mm steered ESD carts and AGVs needing an easy turn
- Crowned antistatic tread cutting steering and rolling resistance
- Self-centering wheel on an automated or frequently-turned vehicle
