About This Wheel - ALEV 250/20K
Fit this 250mm wheel to a large platform truck or transport cart that has to roll quietly over rough yard concrete, expansion joints, and thresholds without the operator feeling every seam come up through the handle.
The tread is Blickle EasyRoll elastic solid rubber on a die-cast aluminium centre. The elastic rubber flexes over surface breaks and damps the noise a hard tread broadcasts across a shift, and the aluminium centre carries the large-diameter load while staying light and immune to the rust and hub cracking that retire cast iron wheels left outdoors or in wash zones. The 250mm diameter rolls over debris a small wheel stalls on.

- Waste and laundry carts moved across dock aprons and yard surfaces, multi-shift
- Quiet-zone material carts where rolling noise gets noticed, finished floor
Skip EasyRoll rubber if the wheel runs through oil, solvent, or chemical splash; rubber swells and softens against those, so an Extrathane polyurethane wheel of the same diameter holds up where the floor is wet with chemistry.
