About This Caster - 62TM06201R
Set this 6-inch 62 Series rigid under a heavy parts-wash cart that lives in hot solvent, the phenolic caster whose hard wheel shrugs off the chemistry and rolls easy under the load.
Phenolic does not swell or soften in the oil, solvent, and hot wash that break down a rubber or poly tread, and it carries a heavy load on a hard wheel that rolls with low drag. The range runs -65°F to 250°F, so it crosses from cold to hot without trouble. The 6-inch wheel clears small debris, the roller bearing moves the load at a walk, and the plate bolts flat on a 7-1/2 mount. The hard tread rides stiff and marks soft floors.
