About This Caster - 62MR10407S
Put this 10-inch 62 Series swivel on the front of a heavy cart that has to clear thresholds and stay quiet, the mold-on rubber caster whose iron-cored wheel carries the load that crushes a plastic-cored rubber wheel.
Mold-on rubber bonded to a cast iron core gives the quiet, non-marking roll of rubber with the load capacity of an iron-cored wheel, so it carries weight that crushes a plastic-cored rubber wheel. At 10 inches this is the tallest wheel in the series; it rolls over thresholds, hoses, and broken floor a shorter wheel stops on, and the wide 2-1/2 inch tread spreads the load to protect the finish. The swivel turns on a roller bearing, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 plate bolts to a flat deck. Good to 180°F.
Ideal applications
- Front of heavy carts clearing thresholds and hoses
- Tallest 10-inch wheel rolling over broken floor quiet
- Wide 2-1/2 inch tread spreading an iron-core load
Skip the rubber wheel if the floor runs hot past 180°F or the load needs the highest impact rating; a cast iron 62CA08201R takes heat to 800°F where rubber cannot.
Pairs with: the 62MR10407R rigid on the back corners of a tall cart.
Wrong fit? Need heat past 180°F or the highest impact rating? See the cast iron 62CA08201R and the 62 Series collection.
Also in this family: the 8-inch mold-on rubber 62MR08201S, or the full Albion caster collection.

What our customers say
Excellent service! Outstanding quality castors.
Great customer service and casters!
Great service, friendly staff and quality product.
Excellent all inclusive selection. Was able to use their product search to easily and accurately purchase two pieces of Seperate but related pieces of hardware. Product shipped and tracked per UPS and arrived in a timely manner while packaged and in good condition. Product quality is excellent especially given price was a very reasonable.
Purchased Blickle casters from W.T. Hight Company. Rated 5/5.
Long story short, we purchased an under-counter freezer that was too tall and needed the casters taken off. However, I had no idea how to do that so a quick Google led me to W.T. Hight and the customer representative, Lemuga, was super patient and walked me through the process! Although we didn't purchase anything this time, their customer service was wonderful and we will be keeping this company on our radar for all things casters!
I had an amazing experience with W.T. Hight Company! I purchased casters for my equipment, and the quality was outstanding — sturdy, reliable, and exactly what I needed. The customer service was top-notch; they were incredibly patient and walked me through the entire process to ensure I got the right fit. Highly recommended.
