Set this 5-inch 62 Series rigid on the back corners of a heavy quiet cart that crosses a thicker threshold, the mold-on rubber on cast iron caster whose iron core carries the load while the rubber tread bridges the seam quiet.

A polypropylene-core rubber wheel deforms under a heavy industrial load and a hard wheel rumbles over the seam; the 62 Series mold-on rubber tread is bonded to a cast iron core that holds its shape under far more weight, stays quiet and non-marking, and the 5-inch diameter clears a thicker threshold than a 4-inch. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.
