Choose this 6-inch 62 Series swivel for the front of a heavy annealing cart, the cast iron caster whose wide 2-1/2-inch tread steers the heaviest load through heat to 800°F without digging the floor.

Rubber gives by 180°F and phenolic chars past 250°F; the 62 Series cast iron wheel steers the highest industrial load through radiant heat to 800°F, and the wide 2-1/2-inch tread spreads that weight across more iron as the cart turns. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.
