About This Caster - 470PE10501S
Reach for this Albion 470 Series 10-inch polyurethane swivel when very heavy loads have to roll across rough floors without tearing them up.
The 470 Series is built for demanding industrial moving where lighter casters give out, and the tall 10-inch wheel clears cracks, debris, and floor seams that stop a smaller wheel. A polyurethane tread rolls easier and quieter than bare cast iron and is non-marking, so it protects finished floors while still carrying a heavy load. As a swivel rather than a rigid, this caster steers the load into place and turns under weight on a kingpinless raceway, with no central kingpin to loosen under shock. Polyurethane-tread wheels in this class are typically molded onto a metal core for strength, which keeps the tread bonded under sustained heavy use.
