Set this 4-inch ergonomic rubber rigid on a fixed corner of a quiet facility cart where both low push effort and a clean, silent floor matter.

The 18 series cuts operator strain, and the grey rubber wheel makes it the quietest and gentlest option in the line: non-marking and cushioned, it rolls softly and silently while protecting a finished floor, ideal for a hospital, lab, or office. It carries less than the polyurethane-on-aluminum version but rides softer. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, and the zinc-plated frame resists corrosion. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 5-5/8-inch mount height, and holds from -45 to 180°F.
