Set this 4-inch ergonomic nylon swivel on a steering corner of a hot or caustic-area cart that operators steer all shift.

The sealed, maintenance-free precision swivel bearing significantly reduces the force to turn and steer a loaded cart, cutting operator strain, and the black nylon wheel adds the heat and chemical resistance the polyurethane version lacks, holding up to 220°F. The trade is that a hard wheel gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor. The zinc-plated frame resists corrosion. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 5-5/8-inch mount height, and holds from -30 to 220°F.
