Set this 4-inch Empire 170 rigid on a fixed corner of a dough trough, platform truck, or tooling fixture that has to carry weight without marking the floor.

The orange round-profile polyurethane tread is non-marking, tough, and easy-rolling, on a lightweight aluminum core that will not corrode, which suits bakery, tow-line, and scrap-handling duty. It is built kingpinless with no central kingpin to fail under shock. As a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners, runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 5-5/8-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
