Choose this 6-inch 16 Series swivel for the front of a quiet towed cart that pauses at a station, the mold-on rubber caster whose precision ball bearing steers cool and whose face brake stops the wheel without scuffing.
A hard wheel rumbles and scuffs a finished floor between stops and a plain bore heats under a pull; the 16 Series mold-on rubber tread rolls quiet and non-marking, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true, and the face brake presses a shoe to the wheel face to hold at a station. The 6-inch diameter clears a thicker seam than a 4-inch, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
