Specify this 8-inch 16 Series swivel for the heaviest phenolic cart that has to cross bad floor, the hard caster whose tall wheel rolls over the breaks while the resin tread holds a high load without flattening.
A soft tall wheel flattens under a standing load and a hard small wheel stalls at every seam; the 16 Series phenolic wheel is a hard resin that carries the high load and takes oil and heat to 250°F, and the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints and broken concrete. The roller bearing carries the medium-heavy load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the phenolic wheel if the floor runs near 800°F or the cart needs a quiet non-marking tread; a cast iron 16 Series wheel takes the heat and a rubber 16XR08228S rolls quiet and non-marking.
