Set this 8-inch spring-load rubber swivel on a steering corner of a ground-support cart that tows and maneuvers delicate loads across rough tarmac.

The spring suspension matters most at this size and tow speed: it compresses to absorb the shock a faster tow drives through a swivel, and the grey rubber tread adds its own give for the gentlest ride in the line while the cart steers. The kingpinless swivel section takes shock without a kingpin to loosen, the larger 8-inch wheel rolls over joints with the least effort, and the yellow dichromate finish resists corrosion. It carries less than the polyurethane-on-aluminum version but rides softer. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 10-1/8-inch mount height, and holds from -45 to 180°F.
