Set this 6-inch rubber swivel with a face brake on a heavy quiet-washdown cart corner that steers, crosses drains, then parks and holds.

A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, so a heavy cart holds its spot on a ramp or at a station. The grey rubber tread is non-marking and cushioned, rolling quietly and protecting a finished floor for a hospital or lab cart. The 6-inch wheel rolls over drains while steering, the kingpinless welded swivel carries the heavy shock without a kingpin to loosen, and the stainless frame resists washdown corrosion. It steers on a stainless steel roller bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -45 to 180°F.
