About This Caster - 110NX05228R
Choose this 5-inch nylon rigid for the back corners of an impact-prone cart that needs more clearance than a 4-inch wheel and runs where chemicals would eat a steel caster.
The extra inch of diameter clears a higher threshold and rolls debris a 4-inch wheel catches, while the high-impact nylon wheel resists chipping under hard hits and shrugs off chemicals from -30 to 220°F. The rigid frame tracks dead straight under a tow, and Albion's 110 Contender brings its heat-treated, kingpinless build to the rigid corners. The precision ball bearing rolls the load smoothly under weight.
