About This Caster - 110AX08228SFBC
Choose this 8-inch braked polyurethane swivel for a large heavy Contender cart that rolls over rough finished floor under side load and then has to be parked and held.
The 8-inch diameter clears rough floor and dock lips a smaller wheel stalls on, the kingpinless swivel handles the side load with no kingpin to shear or seize, and the face brake clamps a shoe against the tread to hold the loaded cart. The maroon polyurethane tread on an aluminium centre carries the high load non-marking on finished floor, and the precision ball bearing carries the weight through the turn.

- Kingpinless transport needing obstacle clearance and a brake, multi-shift
- Big rigs that take side load and must hold under weight, finished floor
