About This Caster - 28AN08228S01
Put this 8-inch 28 Series swivel on the steering corners of a heavy operator-pushed cart that travels long over debris and has to steer with little effort.
The 28 Series extended lead trails the wheel farther behind the swivel axis, so even an 8-inch wheel steers with less push and pull force and tracks straighter, which keeps operators moving heavy carts without the strain a standard caster adds. The 8-inch diameter rolls over chips and floor joints, and the wheel is polyurethane in the orange compound, non-marking and holding from -40 to 180°F. It is the plain swivel, for corners that steer without a brake.
