About This Caster - 32H1B40-02

Choose this 4-inch high-temp swivel for a rack or cart that rides into an oven or bake line, where an ordinary wheel softens, flat-spots, or smokes the first time it hits temperature.

The composite high-temp wheel is rated to 475°F, so it holds its shape and keeps rolling through the heat cycle where a standard tread fails. At 4 inches it keeps a bake rack low enough for the oven, and the top plate bolts to the rack frame. It is the high-temp caster for ovens, proofers, and cure lines below the range where you need solid cast iron.

Ideal applications

• Bakery oven and proofer racks rolled through the bake cycle, to 475°F
• Cure-oven and drying-line carts, sustained high ambient
• Heat-process racks that need a high-temp wheel but not cast iron, multi-shift

Skip this wheel if the process runs hotter than 475°F; a solid cast iron caster holds to far higher heat where a composite wheel reaches its limit.
