Add this 3-inch caster kit to a tool box or job box that has to roll around the shop, where four casters turn a heavy box into something one person moves with a push instead of a drag.

The kit comes as a matched set of four: two swivel casters with a tread-lock brake for the steering corners and two rigid casters for the back, so the box steers up front and tracks straight behind. The 3-inch polyolefin wheels roll on ball bearings and are hard enough to shrug off shop debris and water without swelling, and each caster bolts on through a 2-7/8 by 3-5/8 inch top plate. The tread-lock brakes hold the box still while you work out of it. It is the light-duty size, sized for a smaller tool box.
