About This Caster - 28AX06228R
Set this 6-inch 28 Series rigid on the back corners of an operator-pushed cart, where it tracks straight while the extended-lead swivels up front do the steering.
A rigid caster does not pivot, so it holds the line behind the steering corners and keeps the cart from crabbing under a push. The wheel is polyurethane in the maroon compound on a lightweight aluminum core, non-marking on a finished floor and holding from -40 to 180°F, and the 28 Series build keeps the roll quiet and low-effort. It bolts down through the standard top plate to match the 28 Series swivels.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of operator-pushed carts that track straight
- 28 Series rigid paired with extended-lead steering swivels
- 6-inch maroon polyurethane that tracks straight at the rear
