About This Caster - ER8X2PHN
Set this 8-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a heavy cart that crosses dock plates and a rough hot floor, where the tall wheel bridges the gaps and the resin shrugs off oil and heat.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint, rolls with low resistance, and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The 8-inch diameter clears dock plates and broken floor that stop a shorter wheel, the rigid fork holds the cart on a straight line, and the roller bearing carries the weight on a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
