Bolt this 1-inch ball transfer to a table by its two-hole flange when you cannot tap a stud hole or bore the plate.

A flange-mount ball transfer carries its mounting holes in a base plate, so it bolts onto the top or underside of a surface with two fasteners, a more rigid and serviceable mount than a single stud and one that needs no precise bore. This unit uses a two-hole flange on a 2 by 2.75-inch pattern, the lighter of the flange options. The carbon-steel load ball rolls on a bed of smaller steel balls so a load moves any direction and turns in place, and the carbon-steel ball suits a dry indoor table.
