This is a 72-inch Johnson bar, the long-handled roller-and-pry tool used to lift, nudge, and walk heavy machinery, crates, and pallets that are too heavy to muscle by hand.
The steel toe slides under a load and the roller wheel near the tip gives the leverage to lift one end, so one person can raise a machine enough to slip casters, skates, or blocking underneath, then walk it into position a few inches at a time.
