About This Caster - 410PX08501R
Set this 8-inch 410 Series rigid on the back corners of the heaviest cart that runs rough or impact-prone floors, where a thin poly tread wears through fast and a kingpin shears under the shock.
The PX wheel carries a thicker polyurethane tread than the standard 410 poly, so it cushions impacts and floor seams better and lasts longer under the heaviest loads before it needs replacing. The 410 Contender frame is kingpinless, riding a heat-treated raceway with no kingpin to shear under a forklift bump. The tread is non-marking and holds from -40 to 180°F, and as the rigid version it tracks straight on a large 7-1/4 by 5-1/4 inch top plate.
Ideal applications
- Back corners on rough or impact-prone floors, heaviest loads
- Thick poly tread for more cushion and longer tread life
- Thick-poly tread on a 410 kingpinless frame that survives shock
