About This Caster - AS35P1PODTL

Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a wash-down deck cart that parks dead-still at a station, where a four-bolt plate holds firm, the POD wheel takes a hosing, and a total lock pins it down.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not soak up water or rust through repeated hosing. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the cart sits still on a damp floor and will not creep, the 2-5/8 by 3-3/4 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears wet thresholds when it moves. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free, and the tread holds to 180°F.
