About This Caster - AR35P1POD
Mount this 3.5-inch Pemco A-Line rigid at the back of a light cart that needs to clear floor seams a 3-inch wheel would catch on while staying economical.
The half-inch of extra diameter is the point: the taller wheel rolls over cracks and small thresholds more easily and lifts the deck a touch higher on a 4-3/4-inch mount. The hard polyolefin wheel keeps it budget-friendly, resisting chemicals and moisture and wiping clean, and the Delrin bearing runs grease-free and quiet for light duty, though the hard tread can mark a soft floor. As a rigid it tracks straight while swivels up front steer, and the small 2-5/8-inch by 3-3/4-inch plate suits compact frames. It serves from -45°F to 180°F.
