The 4-inch diameter clears thresholds a service cart meets on its rounds, and the 7/16 grip-ring stem push-fits into a round leg with no thread, while the side brake is a foot lever that pins the wheel at a stop. The swivel turns freely on a precision ball bearing, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a corridor floor.
