About This Leveling Caster - GD-100F-BLK
Choose this Foot Master GD-100F-BLK for black-finish factory cells and machine bases that roll into a production line and then have to lock level and run true.
It is the black-finish version of the upper-mid GD-100F leveler, and it works the same way: roll the machine on its 75mm nylon wheel, then crank the foot down to raise the wheel and rest the base on an anti-vibration pad that holds it level under motion. The dark finish is why you would pick this over the standard model, blending into black-painted cells and machine guards. The 95mm by 95mm top plate carries heavier production frames, the nylon wheel rolls easily and resists chemicals, and the foot pad keeps the cell planted and damped once down. It serves from 14°F to 194°F.
