About This Caster - 2.02267.441 MTG45
Reach for this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing and expanding adapter stem for the rolling corners of a pipe-frame cart that runs long shifts, the compression grip that stays seated under constant motion and the soft Grey tread that takes the buzz out of a hard floor.
A slip-fit stem can creep loose as a cart rolls all day, but the expanding sleeve clamps the full circle of the tube wall and holds, the Performa rubber tread damps the shock that would rattle the frame, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease. With no brake it swivels and rolls freely, the right pick for the corners that steer rather than park. Confirm the tube ID fits this adapter before you order. It is the vibration-tight plain grip-stem swivel for a hard-working pipe-frame cart.
