About This Caster - 310PY12501SFBB
Set this 12-inch green polyurethane-on-iron swivel with a face brake on the very heaviest manual cart corner that has to maneuver, then park and hold dead still.
A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, holding the heaviest hand-pushed cart on its spot. The green polyurethane on a cast iron core pairs high capacity with a non-marking, floor-friendly tread, the roller bearing is built for the heaviest manual loads, and as the largest braked caster in the 310 line it clears the biggest obstacles while the kingpinless welded raceway takes the extreme shock without a central kingpin to fail. It is built on the American-made heat-treated laser-cut steel frame, has a wide 3-inch tread, bolts on a 6-1/4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
