Saw-tooth wood socket is designed for wood applications in conjunction with our 5"/16" x 1-1/2" tapered Grip Neck (or Wood) stems. To install: Simply drill a 3/8" x 1-5"/8" hole in the wood, insert the socket then hammer the socket so the teeth recess into the wood. Once installed, insert the caster's grip neck stem until secure.

This socket's track plate (left visible once installed) is 3/4" diameter and made of zinc-plated metal. Another common part number for this socket is: 002719-5"0.
