Choose this 6-inch phenolic wheel for the heaviest shop carts, the rigs that carry the most weight over the worst floors and need a wheel that simply will not deform under the load.
This is the largest of the phenolic line: the 6-inch diameter rolls a heavy deck over rough, oily, and debris-strewn floor, and the hard molded phenolic carries the top-of-class load without flattening or softening near heat. The roller bearing handles that weight. It is the wheel for foundry, forge, and heavy machine-shop carts where an elastomer tread has no chance.
Ideal applications
- Heaviest shop and foundry transfer carts, oily or hot concrete
- Die, mold, and drum carts at top-of-class load, hard floor

Skip phenolic if the floor is finished or the noise is a problem; for heavy load on a clean floor, a poly-on-cast-iron wheel carries the weight with a non-marking, quieter tread.
