The 1/2-13 x 1-1/2 stem engages a deep insert fully for a mount that resists side load, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so a fixture or weld stand stays aligned through the work. The 3-1/2-inch diameter lifts the stand above a 3-inch, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between moves, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
