About This Caster - NG-04QDP-125-SW-TS02
Choose this 4-inch swivel for medical equipment with round legs or a tube frame, where there is no flat surface for a plate and the caster has to thread into a socket or leg end instead.
The threaded stem screws into the equipment's leg socket, the standard mount for IV-style poles, round-leg stands, and tube-frame carts. The 4-inch wheel clears thresholds, the grey non-marking rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quietly on hospital vinyl, and the precision bearing keeps it smooth. It is the stem-mount rolling version of the NG-04 medical caster.

Skip the threaded stem if the equipment has a flat frame; the top-plate NG-04QDP-TP bolts to a flat base where a stem has nothing to thread into.
