The rigid frame holds a fixed heading, so it tracks straight and shoulders the load while pneumatic swivels up front handle the turning. The air-filled rubber tire cushions bumps and rolls quietly from lobby tile to rough entries, keeping luggage and delicate cargo from being jostled.
