About This Wheel - 41TC42-02
Specify this 4-inch Trionix high-impact polymer wheel for a low cart that is pushed all day and still takes knocks, the wheel that rolls with less effort than a hard nylon wheel while shrugging off impact.
Toughness usually costs easy rolling: a glass-filled or cast wheel takes the hits but drags, tiring the worker who pushes it. Trionix high-impact polymer keeps the impact resistance but runs on a precision ball bearing with lower rolling resistance, so a frequently pushed cart moves with a lighter hand. It holds up from -30°F to 200°F, wider than a standard polyolefin wheel, and resists the chemicals a plant floor collects. At 4 inches it keeps a deck low. The ride is firm and non-marking.
Ideal applications
- Low pick cart pushed all shift that also takes knocks
- Ergonomic line cart reducing operator push force, sealed floor
- Cold or warm area from -30°F to 200°F needing a tough wheel
Skip the 4-inch if the cart must cross thresholds or carry more; the wider 6-inch by 2-1/2 inch 50TC65-02 clears obstacles and carries more.
Pairs with: a matching 4-inch by 2-inch caster fork to build a swivel or rigid caster, from the Caster Hardware collection.
Wrong fit? More load, or maximum impact? See the 6x2-1/2 inch 50TC65-02 and the glass-filled nylon 41XE42-03.
Also in this family: the 5-inch 41TC52-02 and 6-inch 41TC62-02, or the high-impact polymer wheel collection.
