Choose this 5-inch Defender D4 rigid when a damp cart needs a hi-temp-grade nylon wheel and a bearing with no upkeep.
The wheel is hi-temp glass-filled nylon, a glass-fiber-reinforced tread built for strength and heat resistance, holding up to chemicals and moisture without absorbing water. The Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof for sprayed-down service, keeping the working load lighter than the wheel alone could take. At 5 inches it clears thresholds more easily than a smaller wheel, on a stainless steel frame for corrosive bays. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can mark a soft floor, so this pairs a tough, heat-grade wheel with low maintenance. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves across the listed range from -20 to 180°F.
