Choose this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the 1/2-13 x 1 stem and ball bearing for a busy cart on a deep-tapped leg, the quiet caster whose inch-long stud bites deep for a firm hold and rolls smooth under traffic.
The 1-inch 1/2-13 stud runs deeper into a tapped leg than a short stud, so the firm hold resists the constant nudging a busy cart takes, and the ball bearing keeps the wheel rolling through the constant starts and stops. The soft Grey Performa rubber tread keeps the cart quiet and non-marking. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the firm-hold high-traffic caster for a deep coarse-tapped leg.
